Another Successful User Group Meeting for Insuresoft

Insuresoft, a leading policy administration solution provider for property and casualty insurance carriers, hosted its 11th year of yet another successful User Group Meeting for their flagship product, The Diamond System. The well attended meeting was held October 10-11, 2012 at the Cypress Pavilion along the Black Warrior River in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The two-day event was packed with product discussions, customer and vendor presentations, new product demonstrations and customer networking opportunities. "The meetings were were full of the information I was looking for, and the open discussions at the end of the sessions allowed me to have meaningful conversations," said Lucas Szybalski, Project Manager of Unique Insurance.

In addition to company updates given by Insuresoft's leadership team, further sessions included:

--Third Party Interfaces by Jim Streicher, Vice President, Cincinnati Insurance Company

--Value Added Services by Chris Haines, Vice President, Marias Technology

--The Road to Business Intelligence by Justin Silver, Vice President Sales, Yodil

--Agent-Carrier Connections Real Time, Downloads and More by Thad Bauer, President, NxTech Inc.

Some of the comments included:

"The speakers did a good job at keeping things moving and having smooth transitions from topic to topic," said Tamara Loper from Multi-State Insurance.

"I was both an attendee and a presenter for the user group meeting," stated Chris Haines, Vice President, Technical Operations, Chief Information Officer at Buckeye Insurance Group, "I feel Insuresoft is continuing to head in the right direction with the Diamond System."

Topics for this year's meeting included Diamond updates, Web User Interface enhancements and mobile app demonstrations. Each day concluded with an offsite dinner and networking gathering allowing the customers to interact with each other. "Having the ability to meet with other Diamond users and share our experiences one of the appealing parts of the user group meeting," said Peter Lange, IT Manager at Multi-State Insurance.
