Insuresoft Concludes Successful 2016 User Group Conference
Company, Product, and Partner Growth Fuel the Well-Attended Sessions
TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA ⎯ (April 19, 2016) ⎯ Insuresoft, a leading software provider to property/ casualty insurance carriers, announced today the conclusion of its Annual User Group Meeting. The Annual User Group Meeting dates back to Insuresoft’s inception in 2004. Representatives from insurance carriers met from April 11 to April 13, 2016 for sessions on best practices, future enhancements, and product support.
The theme of this year’s event was “Leave Nothing to Chance”. Chief Executive Officer, Tony Villa, opened the meeting with a presentation centering on Insuresoft’s tremendous growth in 2015 and the organization’s commitment to meet the ever-changing needs of its clients. “We want to be the only insurance software and services partner our clients will ever need,” said Mr. Villa. “Our customers have placed incredible confidence in our ability to deliver and we are responding by making investments in our people, product, processes, partnerships, and profile.”
The event continued with customers attending 18 separate sessions designed to give attendees visibility into the product roadmap as well as get hands on training with Composer, Insuresoft’s product configuration tool. “Our clients look forward to the event each year because we offer tracks tailored to different users and have round tables that encourage broader participation in their areas of interest,” said Chris Blair, Vice President of Client Services.
