March 14, 2011: University Park, IL - Stonegate Insurance Company, based in Chicago, IL needed a policy administration system that could be rapidly deployed for their agents writing personal auto in Illinois. Stonegate’s sister company, Unique Insurance, was already an Insuresoft customer using The Diamond System since 2008 for their non-standard auto policies in IL, MS and IN. This helped make Stonegate’s decision to implement The Diamond System an easy one.

Insuresoft Holds its 9th Annual User Group Meeting
Insuresoft’s 9th Annual User Group Meeting was held on October 13-15, 2009 at Insuresoft’s Technology Center in Tuscaloosa, Ala. While the tradition of assembling customers and staff together annually continued, new elements for the meeting were added. Recognizing the information needs for the business user and the technical user may differ, Insuresoft designed specific tracks catered to each audience. Topics for this year’s meeting included the 2010 delivery schedule, product enhancement schedule, policy, billing, claims, underwriting and both personal and commercial line updates. Presentations made by Diamond customers was also new for 2009 bringing a sense of peer collaboration to the agenda.

PIA of Ohio Recognizes Buckeye Insurance Group’s Billing System from Insuresoft
The 2007 PIA of Ohio Insurance Company Satisfaction Survey Report recently placed Buckeye Insurance Group first in the Billing System category. The survey asked independent insurance agencies in the state to rank all insurance companies on a wide array of insurance related topics. For billing in particular, companies were graded on topics such as Accuracy, Readability, and Flexible Payment Options.
