PIA of Ohio Recognizes Buckeye Insurance Group’s Billing System from Insuresoft

The 2007 PIA of Ohio Insurance Company Satisfaction Survey Report recently placed Buckeye Insurance Group first in the Billing System category. The survey asked independent insurance agencies in the state to rank all insurance companies on a wide array of insurance related topics. For billing in particular, companies were graded on topics such as Accuracy, Readability, and Flexible Payment Options.

Buckeye Insurance Group uses The Diamond System from Insuresoft as their policy processing system, which includes their award winning billing module as part of the base system. Diamond allows for a wide variety of billing options from Direct Paper Bills and Reoccurring Electronic Funds Transfer, to interfaces which allow for real-time web payments from both agencies and customers.

R. Christopher Haines, Vice President of Technical Operations and Chief Information Officer of Buckeye Insurance Group said that Insuresoft and The Diamond System played a large part in their placing first. “Within the company we always knew Diamond provided us with one of the best systems when it came to billing. This feedback from our agencies greatly reinforces those feelings."
