Insuresoft’s 8th Annual User Group Meeting was held April 21-23, 2008 at Insuresoft’s Technology Center in Tuscaloosa, Ala. A testament to the growth Insuresoft has been experiencing, this year’s event had the largest number of participants and the largest number of companies being represented in its history. Topics covered included Workflow, Claims, End of Day Processing and Web Portals. Attendees were treated to the unveiling of Insuresoft’s flagship product, The Diamond System, version 5.x, a web UI based, .Net version of their award winning policy processing system.
The full 3-day agenda also included dinner on the Bama Belle, an award presentation to the attendees recognizing their years of using The Diamond System and an optional golf outing at The Capstone Club in nearby Brookwood, Ala on Wednesday afternoon.
Early tabulations of the user group survey indicated that the participants enjoyed the educational and networking elements of the event. Insuresoft has already begun planning next years event and based on the survey results will arrange more break-out sessions designed to address specific testimonials of the event
