Insuresoft - Success through Insurance Automation
Insuresoft's Mobile Insurance Application is designed for the agent or adjuster out in the field. Optimized to run under Microsoft's Windows XP Tablet PC platform, a user can quickly input all of the data required to give a prospect an accurate quote. The application communicates with Diamond via XML web services, allowing a user to quote a policy, submit a new policy to the carrier system, and associate images or other files with a submitted policy. The application also supports offline access, allowing an agent or adjuster to gather data in the field, and then synchronize with the back-end system once an Internet connection becomes available.

The Mobile Insurance Application includes features such as vehicle make-model lookup, providing rate quotes with minimum data entry. Like the rest of the application, this data is available both in online and offline modes.

Taking advantage of the ink objects available in the Tablet PC platform, the Mobile Insurance Application can capture a digital copy of a prospect's signature. This signature is stored with the application, and can be uploaded to the carrier or transposed onto a standard ACORD application form generated by the application.
