The Insuresoft Agency Web Portal is 100% .NET and can leverage the Diamond Rating and Underwriting Module or an existing legacy system, to perform Internet based inquiry, rating and policy issuance for the insurance carrier’s appointed independent insurance agents.

The Agency Home Page displays all policies and quotes that are available to the specific user. The Home Page offers the functionality to sort by policy status, last name, first name or policy or quote id.

Integration with third-party applications is critical to any successful implementation. The Diamond System leverages XML and Web Services to provide company-specific data and business rules extended to authorized users regardless of their location. This enables carriers to offer functionality inherent to The Diamond System over the Internet.

The Vehicle page is used to collect data about added and rated vehicles, as well as add new vehicles to a given policy. Agents can easily gather vehicle, make and model, discount, assigned drivers, and territory information.

The Location Summary page displays the rating results for a quote in a clear and concise manner. Location information, as well as the individual coverage and a credit summary for the location are readily available to the agent. The agent may also order a CLUE Property report directly from Choicepoint, generate the Home Application and submit this application directly into Diamond.
