The core Sales Center system tracks customer information, provides activity journaling and auditing, and tracks relationships between contacts. The pluggable automation model makes it easy to extend the application to seamlessly interface with a back-end system such as Diamond.

Dynamic edit controls save time and space, presenting a contact's data in the most efficient manner. Dropdown buttons allow complete control of viewing preferences as users may specify whether to show or hide specific pieces of data. This functionality is extended to edit boxes, allowing for maximized usage of screen real-estate.
