Thirteenth Annual Insuresoft User Group Meeting Held

Insuresoft is pleased to announce the successful completion of this year's User Group Meeting, which was held recently in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The two-day event offered Diamond users the opportunity to hear more about Insuresoft's corporate initiatives and to provide input into the Diamond product roadmap. During breaks and evening social events, attendees were able to engage in discussions with their peers and share experiences about the challenges insurance companies face today.

"It was my first Insuresoft User Group meeting and I found it very informative. I think it had a nice balance between the company presentations and time to network with other companies using Diamond. I believe it was extremely helpful to see the direction that Insuresoft is going with the Diamond product and to see how the customers drive that progress."
--Kim Borden, Farmers and Mechanics Insurance

Nearly 30 customers attended the event which followed an agenda that was largely defined by them. The well attended event opened with a corporate overview by President and CEO, Tony Villa, followed by technology and client services updates from Insuresoft's executive team. The majority of the first day, however, focused on product roadmap discussions, led by Diamond Product Managers. Users engaged in discussions around the key system enhancements they would like to see completed in the coming year.

Day 2 was devoted to breakout sessions that focused on topics suggested by Insuresoft's user base, including reporting standards and web services integration methods.

The highlight of the event for many attendees was a demonstration of the latest release of Insuresoft's Composer product, provided by Chris Blair, Vice President of Client Services.

"It's an exciting time for us and our customers and at the center of it all is Diamond Composer. We're very proud to deliver a cloud based toolset that will provide carriers the ability to configure products, workflows, rules and design changes in real-time. Composer is the conductor in the cloud for business and technical users alike."
--Chris Blair, Vice President, Insuresoft

"I like hearing about the new features/ventures that Insuresoft is pursuing, and that they ask for feedback from their clients. Of course, it's great to talk to other clients about their 'adventures' in insurance, and it's good to talk to the Insuresoft team, too."
--Jill Koskiniemi, Northern Mutual

Insuresoft's next scheduled event is an Executive Roundtable discussion which will take place in Chicago this fall.
