With more than 10 years of service to Insuresoft, Terry has complete P&L responsibility for the company. Before becoming President, she held the role of VP, Product Management, helping to develop the Diamond System. Under Terry’s leadership, Insuresoft expanded its market share and attained a 100-percent implementation success rate. In a career of more than 30 years, Terry was an independent agent before spending more than 17 years with a regional P&C carrier in Underwriting, Policyholder Services, and as VP, Information Systems.

She holds a BA in education and allied professions from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
