UNIVERSITY PARK, IL–(Marketwired – Oct 20, 2015) – Insuresoft, a leading policy administration solution provider for property and casualty insurance carriers, is pleased to announce Chad Barczuk has joined the company as a Technology Solutions Manager. Barczuk is no stranger to Insuresoft or the Diamond system having spent several years working for an Insuresoft client. Barczuk managed that company’s IT operations, including infrastructure and software development. Under his direction, that company’s infrastructure was able to scale and perform optimally during periods of rapid growth.
“Chad is a great addition to our team,” said Tony Villa, President and CEO of Insuresoft. “The combination of his experience and his foresight will ensure we’re positioned to accommodate the continuation of our growth while also delivering the exceptional service our customers already enjoy.”
Barczuk will use his experience and knowledge to assist Diamond customers by driving innovation through the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies. Barczuk holds a BS in Communications and Business and a MS in Information Management from Arizona State University. He is currently pursuing an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) designation.
“One of the most exciting parts of this position is the scalability of Diamond,” said Barczuk. “We could accommodate 100-percent growth right now with room to spare. And our new cloud capabilities will expand our capacity exponentially. For me — as well as for our customers and our prospects — this is a great time to be at Insuresoft.”
