University Park, IL (June 12, 2019) – Insuresoft, a digital insurance platform provider for property and casualty insurers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael DeRoche as their new Claims Product Manager. His experience and knowledge of claims systems and processes will help advance additional industry-leading core platform development and introduce new services with a focus on essential client need.
Michael has over 17 years of Property Casualty claims experience with various roles from adjuster to claims senior leadership. He started his career as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance learning the mechanics of proper claims organizational skills, injury handling, auto appraisals and overall management of the claims process. From there he joined Nationwide’s Casualty team with a focus on field handling and in-person injury negotiations. Later, he worked at GAINSCO Auto Insurance to build a new claims platform and managed several corporate claim projects and initiatives. Michael also spent several years at Hallmark Financial Services in various roles from Claims Manager to VP of Claims Operations.
