Implementation


Assess

Our process begins with assessment. We send our qualified specialists out to investigate every aspect of your business process -- including how you hope your future operations will run. Next, we develop a Gap Analysis document ensuring our solution is tailored flawlessly for your specific needs.

Develop Specification

An iterative process, developing specifications for your unique business is an important step in understanding how you do business. It is during the Specification Development phase that configuration for policy detail, billing, claims and print is defined. Your specific rating structure, company rules and complete specs for rating and underwriting validations are also reviewed in this phase.

Configure and Test

Each Diamond component including Database, Policy Detail, Rating, Claims, Billing, Forms Trigger, and Print is thoroughly tested with every system release before it leaves Insuresoft's offices. Test cases, scripts, smoke and warboard testing are prepared and performed by Insuresoft QA Analysts. Internal User acceptance testing is performed by Insuresoft Business Analysts.

Deliver

The initial new release of Diamond is provided to the customer for their own internal testing. It is at this point where any defects or modifications are communicated back to Insuresoft for re-development. Diamond is then re-delivered back to the customer for additional internal testing. Once the release passes customer testing, the release is officially promoted into production where additional customer and Insuresoft testing takes place. Once the customer accepts the release, it is then handed off to the Insuresoft User Experience Team who takes the release "live" at the customer site.
