Process Improvement Manager

Insuresoft’s Process Improvement Manager since 2016, Tracy is responsible for the execution of strategic business process improvement initiatives.  She serves as a mentor to all departments on process quality best practices and methodologies.  Tracy is also responsible for the identification, coordination and the delivery of professional development activities.

Tracy has devotion and excitement for process innovation and professional development. She enjoys building relationships and her personal drive comes from enabling and helping others succeed.

Tracy has over 20 years of experience in process and business analysis, project management and professional development. She currently holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Scrum Master and is also a current member/trainer/presenter for the International Institute of Business Analysis.   Prior to Insuresoft, she held various leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies in Healthcare, Telecommunications, Auto, and Retail industries.

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, specializing in Jazz Saxophone Performance from the University of Alabama.  Outside of Insuresoft, Tracy is as a singer/songwriter/musician, a devoted Alabama football fan,  and enjoys experimenting with various grilling/smoking techniques.
