Business Partner managing recruitment, performance management and employee relations.  Prior to Insuresoft, Diana started her career in the FMCG industry as a business partner, worked as a Talent Acquisition consultant with various firms then moved to a regional role as an HR Generalist for the Gulf and Egypt.

Dian moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and worked in the medical sales industry for 2 years. Outside of the office she enjoys travelling and spending time with her 3 kids.
