As HR Manager at Insuresoft, she leads efforts across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. She partners with leaders across the organization to support business growth and strengthen employee experience.
Before joining Insuresoft, Diana held HR and talent acquisition roles across multiple industries, including FMCG, healthcare, and technology, supporting organizations throughout the Gulf region and Egypt. Her global experience and people-first approach have shaped her ability to connect business strategy with employee success.
Diana moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and previously worked in medical sales. When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, making memories with her three children, or planning her next family adventure.
