Insuresoft’s COVID-19 Policy

With continued questions and concerns around the COVID-19 virus outbreak we, at Insuresoft, are doing everything we can to protect our employees and minimize the risk of disruption to our business. In keeping with our Business Continuity plan, the following safeguard actions are now in place:

  • All business travel has been suspended until further notice.
  • All employees are required to work from home for at least the next 30 days.  Our employees have the necessary access to telecommuting technologies, VPN access to the network and the appropriate contact information to maintain essential functions and services.
  • Employees are encouraged to be diligent in washing their hands on a regular basis, sneeze or cough into their sleeve, remain home if they are sick and take any other precautionary measures as set forth by Public Health Officials at the time of a pandemic.
  • Any individuals, visiting a region, deemed to be an affected area, are expected to adhere to the pandemic guidelines as set by Public Health officials and Insuresoft.

Our Human Resources team and I will continue to closely monitor the updates provided by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).  The support and well-being of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.

If you have further questions around our response to the COVID-19 outbreak please contact your Client Services Analyst at Insuresoft or feel free to contact me directly at either number below.

Kind regards,
Terry
