The Freedom Award was created to publicly recognize employers who provide exceptional support to their Guard or Reserve employees and is the highest in a series of employer recognition given by the U.S. Government.
Nominations must come from members of the Guard or Reserve or their family members for the award, which is given for supporting the Guard or Reserve.
