Insuresoft’s Core Platform Successfully Completes SOC 2® Type II Examination

Insuresoft, a leading provider of mission-critical core insurance software for property & casualty insurers, announced the successful completion of its 2026 SOC 2® Type II examination. The independent audit, conducted by 360 Advanced, confirmed that Insuresoft’s controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality were suitably designed and operated effectively throughout the examination period.

The 2026 examination reflects the continued evolution of Insuresoft’s cloud-native platform and operational maturity. This year’s report expanded coverage to include the Policyholder Portal and further documented Insuresoft’s modernized Azure-based infrastructure, including its Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) containerized architecture.

“The successful completion of another SOC 2 Type II examination reinforces our commitment to security, reliability, and operational excellence,” said Nancy Schulte, Chief Executive Officer of Insuresoft. “As we continue modernizing our platform and expanding our cloud-native capabilities, maintaining the trust of our customers remains one of our highest priorities.”

The examination was performed against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria and evaluated controls supporting the company’s Insurance Application Services platform. The report also reflects Insuresoft’s ongoing investments in cloud infrastructure, resiliency, security controls, encryption standards, and platform modernization.
